Can your love for God be measured by how much you love your neighbor?
This is a tough question and when I was first asked this question I thought to myself naw; I love God no matter how much I dislike Sam, Jon, or whoever, that doesn't mean I don’t love God. It may not mean you don’t love God but, it does show the extent of love you have for God. I recently did a search for Love you neighbor as yourself on biblegateway.com (great site for those of you who do not know it) and found 9 different verses with the words love you neighbor as yourself.
This is something to me that is so hard to grasp. I have a few ideas on it and will share, but we really want to start hearing from you all more. Ya'll have been reading our emails and listening to us for the past few years so we decided to start something new on the web-site called a weekly study. There is a forum on the site now and each week we will have a new Bible Study and we can talk and communicate through the forum.
So our weekly study this week is: "Can our love for God be measured by how we love our Neighbors?" Please post any comments, thoughts, verses, feelings, anything, and everything. This will be very exciting and fun if everyone will participate.
Hope to here from you all soon!
